ADUz started with a simple belief: a backyard home can change a family future. Alma Sanchez has spent more than a decade designing spaces that work for real life, paired with the permit knowledge most homeowners dread navigating alone.
We live and work in North County San Diego, and we serve the same streets we call home. Every ADU we design is shaped around the people who will use it, whether that is rental income, a place for aging parents, or room for adult kids to get a start.
